`check_availability`	read	Coverage for an area or provider: served?, how many providers, how many 24/7. Not a live "available now".
`get_eta`	read	Coverage proxy for an area. eta_minutes is always null — never invent minutes.
`request_quote`	write	Creates a real lead with one locksmith. Only when the user wants to be contacted. Returns HL-#### reference.
`book_job`	write	Booking request with a preferred time. The locksmith confirms; not a guaranteed appointment.
`list_membership_products`	read	For locksmith businesses: what HireLocksmiths sells, prices, and the checkout link.

The honest-data contract

Every listed provider is human-vetted before listing — licensed where the state requires it, insured, phone-checked. verified is true for all; featured is the priority signal.
Price, ETA and live availability are never pre-listed. The API returns them as null. The locksmith confirms all three after request_quote. Please do not invent a number of minutes or dollars.
Ratings shown are only the business's own verified Google numbers; where none exist the rating is 0 and should not be read as “bad”.
request_quote and book_job create a real lead and notify a real business. Call them only when the user has chosen a provider and wants to be contacted.
